To: The U.S. House, The U.S. Senate and The President of the United States

XE, Blackwater, and other contract security forces have caused great embarrassment and bad public relations for the US. They lack the discipline, the loyalty, the professionalism, and the accountability of US marine guards and other federal security providers. For e.g., in Iraq and Afghanistan their wounding and killing of civilians has earned the hatred of the peoples of those nations. We must replace them with professional marines or other disciplined, uniformed US troops.
